Why it’s great:

It features a patented connection which offers repeatable accuracy, and can be used in both rotating and stationary applications. Heads are offered in 0.1 mm increments and the same drill body is compatible with several head sizes, thus maximizing flexibility and minimizing costs!

JEL® MGF XH Micro
Small diameter thread mill for hardened steels.
The idea:
Avoiding complex re-machining operations by thread milling directly into hardened components.
Why it’s great:
Not only does it make it possible to mill threads directly into hardened steels between 45-60 HRC – saving time and money, it also produces a 90-degree countersink in the same operation!
