The KOMET MicroKom^®  hi.flex system
solution further extends the product
range of KOMET MicroKom^®  micro-
adjustable heads.
The system is characterised by great
flexibility, and with only one adjustable
head, a variety of boring bars and
intelligently designed adaptor solutions
completely covers the diameter range
from 0.5 to 125.0 mm.

• Fine spindles with ABS^®  and
  cylindrical shank
• For the diameter range
  from 0.5 to 125.0 mm
• Setting accuracy 0.01 mm on the
  graduation dial and 0.002 mm
  using a vernier
• Large adjustment path of
  up to 5.0 mm radial

• Standard set with four boring
  bars for diameters
  from 6.0 to 25.0 mm, one
  serrated body, one bridge and
  two different-size holders for
  indexable inserts, combinable fir
  diameters up to 125.0 mm.
• Internal coolant supply directly
  onto the cutting edge for all
