KOMET® Quatron hi.feed - Milling Cutter

Expanding on the success of our tried and tested KUB Quatron® solid drill range, we are presenting the new Quatron hi.feed milling cutter. The same technology used for the unique Quatron indexable inserts is now extended to a range of milling cutters intended for fast removal of large volumes of material. 


The Quatron hi.feed is designed for plunge milling (also known as plunging); a type of machining particularly suited to cutting deep grooves and large cavities. Plunge milling can be the ideal solution for large projection lengths and unstable conditions.

The  Quatron hi.feed is a high-performance roughing tool for the fast removal of large quantities of cut metal.
